Fernanda Molina

Fernanda Molina is an attorney in both the United States and in Brazil and has worked for law firms in both countries. She has represented individuals and businesses in pre-trial, trial and appellate proceedings in Brazil. Fernanda has also been part of a team of New York attorneys that successfully represented shareholders in one of the largest class-action lawsuits ever litigated in the United States. She is joining Myburgh Leleu & Gomez Alfaro, as an Associate.

Fernanda’s international legal education includes attending law school in Curitiba, Brazil and in Los Angeles, California. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Brazilian Bar. She is fully proficient in Portuguese, English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Fernanda is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Brazilian Bar Association. She has also volunteered extensively with NYLAG’s Mobile Help Center and the NYSBA’s Immigration Pro Bono Portal.
